[Whether willing or just, there comes a magical shove to force you and someone else through the door leading down into the earth.]

[The passageway is cold, but at least it's well lit. Albeit with flames of blue fire.]

[It goes down, down, down, until you reach the first part....]

The fourth key has been found.

In the liminal space, the final keyhole begins to glow. You hear an echoing click — click — click — click as each of the locks turn. The door creaks open, a warm golden light like sunrise spilling into the room —

You've done it! You're finally free!

The house, as it turns out, is perched at the top of a grassy hill. Birds are singing to greet the rising sun, and a fine, dewy mist hangs in the air. Any wounds you may have had are instantly and painlessly healed, like they were never even there.

Down by the wrought-iron gates is a rickety old picnic table with seating enough for twelve, though there's no food or drink to be found out here. Anyone who found items will still have them, though the keys have disappeared, and any weapons you found will vanish as well as soon as you leave this area. And though you're still stuck in your swapped bodies, you're free to reveal your own identity.

Once you walk out of the gates, you'll find yourself back in your own bodies … probably!

((OOC: Want to do body-swaps for a little while longer? Go for it! You can even arrange the new swaps amongst yourselves. This'll be OOC choice with OOC permission from any and all parties, not IC. It'll last a couple of hours at most.))
You awaken slowly, laying in the middle of a cold, hard stone floor … and realise that you have absolutely no idea where you are, or what in all the hells is wrong with your body.

Maybe you're suddenly bigger than you remember, or smaller. Maybe you've got more limbs! Less limbs! Sharper teeth? Weird, unfamiliar powers and magic to tap into, or perhaps no powers at all? Without a mirror, it's very difficult to tell exactly what — or perhaps, who? — you look like … but maybe whoever else is around you could help you figure that out.

Wherever you are in the house, whatever you may have been doing right in that moment

You hear a chime, like a clock sounding the hour. Has it only been that long? No, it can't have been, it must've been longer ... right? Oh well. You're out of time, and now you're here.

Here is a liminal space. It's like a washed out version of the Entrance Hall, so big and fancy, with its high vaulted ceilings and polished oakwood floors, intricate detailing, and the ornate front door. Everything else is shrouded by fog. You can try to find the other doors, you can try to find the foyer, but ... they're not there? Walk more than a minute into the fog and you'll find yourself right back where you started.

You'd better figure out your new centre of gravity and get going, lest you find yourself trapped like this forever.

Balls and masquerades aren't everybody's jam, or maybe you just want to take a break …

Luckily for you, there are dozens upon dozens upon bunches of tablet computers around about the place, perfect for joining in on an anonymous chat board! Oh, and there's plenty of private rooms or nooks to hide away in, too, should you want to.

ICly this functions as an IC anonymous confession board/shitpost central/TFLN; anything goes, really. If your character can't read or is illiterate, there is every handwaveable mechanism that will make this accessible for them under the sun.

Note that EVERYTHING is public. E V E R Y T H I N G. By default everything is anonymous and they somehow know that they're encouraged to keep it that way, but they can input their name if they really want to.

It is a simple wood-floored room with an empty shrine on one wall. There are a few cushions to sit on, and the smell of incense and blood lingers in the air.

The sound of rain is heavy outside.
