ORIGIN EXPLORADORA: SESSION 1
[Following the light brings you to the old City Hall.
You begin in the main entrance. Though much of the building is overgrown by jungle and most doors are blocked, there is a stairwell to the basement off to the left at the back of the room.
Within this room are several giant geckos of varying sizes -- mostly on the ceiling, they look down at you, hungry.
At the door though, there's an unfamiliar person...
It's a centaur. Except... definitely not a horse.]

DOWN THE STAIRS
Unfortunately, it's blocked by a thick wall of thorns. Fortunately, there's a hole in the wall nearby.

OFFICE 1
Within this room are several desks and chairs, many knocked over or around from their original positions. Amongst them are personal effects -- a stuffed animal here, some family photos there.
There are laptops scattered here and there, though there's no power to the room and hasn't been in some time, so they're not much use. You could use some of the regular office supplies though, maybe...?
Your only available exit is to the hallway.]
Re: OFFICE 1
if forest taught him anything, it's to snoop into other peoples' personal lives.
time to search the personal effects. the laptops are nearly useless, but he'll take one anyways in the event of finding any source of power. he's a modern boy he knows the value of this shit. ]

HALLWAY
The door back to the stairs is blocked by thorns, and there is a mass of the same vines blocking the hall further down.
You have four exits:
The lower left exit takes you back to Office 1.
The lower right exit is an open door into another office, which is mostly full of thorns.
The upper left and upper right are rooms with closed but unblocked doors.]

CONFERENCE ROOM
Once upon a time, this was the site of city council meetings and discussions of the town's future. Now...
...Now it's a mess. All over the floor there are glass shards, shattered remains of god knows what all spattered in blood. The glass covers just about everything, lying in piles in some places.
In the center of the room, on top of the upside-down conference table, is a cluster of basketball-sized white spheres, all stuck together. Tens of them.]
Re: CONFERENCE ROOM
Crow is going to do his best to avoid the glass shards as he makes his way to the cluster of white spheres. He's not going to touch it immediately-- merely see if looking at it from closer gives a better idea as to what they are. ]

ACCOUNTING
On the ground in one corner is a smushed briefcase.
The lower exit appears to be another empty office completely full of thorns. You could also go back to the hall.]

SESSION END
Whether or not you've found all the clues, this building is done being examined. All the thorns you've seen til now suddenly start to rise, slithering around and filling up more space.
Players, please roll 1d10 for your final result.
10: You escape completely unscathed and with all items you attempted to take.
5-9: You escape safely, but lose any items you can't easily run with.
2-4: You escape with some scratches. They leave you with a sense of sorrow, but concentrating on positive thoughts will clear it right up.
1: You did not escape. Tangled in thorns, you're pulled into the dark, constricted and pierced. An unnatural despair fills you, but you don't have long to feel it -- just as long as it takes to suffocate.
After this, the basement can't be re-entered. Dead characters will wake up in their rooms in the morning, but cannot attend later sessions of this event.]
