[About an hour after City Hall was consumed by thorns, a new light appears, and a new summons to find it.

Exploring heroes and the deertaur they found earlier are called, this time, to a low-lying part of the town. There was a lake here, and the ground around it has sunk in a bit, flooding nearby buildings. The water is dark and muddy with tiny plants floating around the top, cold and hard to see into.

The building you're drawn to has a big sign over the front entrance.

But the front of it is pretty heavily flooded, and the doors are choked with water weeds.]

[You begin outside. The front of the building is flooded waist-high, but the water fades away to ankle-deep towards the back.

There are several windows, but most are covered in moss. One in the back, however, is only a little grimy... and near it is an emergency exit.]
